Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Kasoem Hearing's innovative audiology products to medical professionals and institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including clinics, hospitals, and ENT specialists
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical education about hearing solutions
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical sales or B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of audiology or healthcare products preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
