Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product presentations and detailed discussions with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical field.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to ensure market share growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals assigned by the management.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, and educational materials to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and promotional activities.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales data and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid Professional License (e.g., RPh) is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the National Capital Region (NCR) and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
