Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular, rigorous field visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote AstraZeneca’s comprehensive oncology portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital directors, and medical staff.
- Provide scientific training and detailed updates on clinical trials, treatment guidelines, and product mechanisms of action.
- Collect vital market intelligence regarding competitor activities and patient access challenges within the territory.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales calls, scientific activities, and territory management plans in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the local medical team to execute strategic marketing plans and ensure brand compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD), Pharmacy, Biology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a strong preference for candidates with Oncology or Therapeutic Area knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage a sales territory effectively, and meet strict KPI targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Makassar region and maintain a valid driver's license.
