Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Dexa Medica's pharmaceutical portfolio including oral medications, injectables, antibiotics, OGB products, and Askes solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, specialists, pharmacists)
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to medical audiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collect and report customer feedback and market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related medical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Medan region
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and medical protocols
