Dexa Medica, a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, is currently seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Medical Representative. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our innovative healthcare solutions, fostering strong professional relationships with medical practitioners and healthcare institutions.

You will be responsible for representing our diverse product portfolio, including oral medications, injectables, antibiotics, OGB, and Askes programs. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, excel in communication, and are driven to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring patient access to quality medicine.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Present and promote the benefits of Dexa Medica’s pharmaceutical products, including oral, injection, and antibiotic ranges.
  • Effectively communicate clinical data and product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the management team.
  • Manage inventory samples and promotional materials according to company compliance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned Tangerang territory.
