Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and represent Dexa Medica's product portfolio (Oral, Injectable, Antibiotic, OGB, and Askes) to medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers.
- Identify and analyze market trends to create and sustain demand for company products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market activities and competitor insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to ethical standards in all promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Resilient personality with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the pharmaceutical industry.
