- Promote and sell MPSI's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Organize and execute free medical clinics to increase product visibility and accessibility
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve targets
- Provide product education and clinical support to medical professionals
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and medical terminology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
