Ltd is expanding our dynamic team in Singapore, and we are looking for a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our medical device portfolio.
In this role, you will act as a vital link between our cutting-edge medical technologies and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and medical procurement teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through medical innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and engage new potential clients within hospitals, clinics, and medical centers across the Central Region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the clinical benefits of our medical devices.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide technical support and product training to end-users to ensure safe and effective use of medical equipment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare business development preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with medical professionals.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
