Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and medical institutions through field visits and presentations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical professionals to drive long-term partnerships
- Execute targeted marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client relationship data
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with medical professionals
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex product information clearly
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
