- Introduce and promote company's medical instrument portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and technical support to prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle for client visits
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
