Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular sales visits to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned Pampanga territory to promote and sell GetMEDS pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive, science-backed presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the clinical benefits, safety profiles, and cost-effectiveness of our portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive territory planning, lead generation, and market penetration.
- Gather, analyze, and report on market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and feedback from medical practitioners.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, round-table discussions, and product launch events to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales calls, and market feedback using our internal CRM software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any allied healthcare or business-related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, or in a similar healthcare B2B sales role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with medical professionals.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and territory management skills with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and time-management skills to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Pampanga and neighboring areas in Central Luzon.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical marketing guidelines, and compliance standards in the Philippines.
