In this role, you will be the face of our innovative prescription and consumer products, driving brand growth while building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

You will manage a designated territory, educate practitioners on our portfolio, and execute sales strategies to meet organizational targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales performance by effectively promoting Galderma’s medical and consumer product portfolio to dermatologists, clinics, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients within the Cavite territory.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide clinical information to ensure the safe and effective use of products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and territory developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer service support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical representation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Residing in or willing to travel extensively within the Cavite region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a distinct advantage.
