Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical equipment and supplies to healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for medical staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for installed equipment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecast future performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare sector
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Cebu
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
