Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and therapeutic developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend medical congresses, seminars, and training sessions to expand product and therapeutic knowledge.
- Develop and execute effective territory business plans to maximize market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Strong passion for pursuing a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Central region as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional local languages is an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport is highly preferred.
