Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to medical practitioners, detailing the benefits and clinical applications of our pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders in Davao.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols at all times.
- Manage inventory and supply distribution tracking within your assigned territory.
- Prepare regular activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence summaries for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong commercial drive are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Davao region.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Davao City.
