Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and visit potential clients, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, within the Melaka and Johor regions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our medical supplies.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical advice to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
