- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical practitioners
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare staff
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client records
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Business degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience with proven customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven mindset with sales aptitude
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
