Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell BiO-LiFE's range of premium healthcare and supplement products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals across the Johor region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, pharmacists, and medical practitioners to secure repeat business.
- Conduct professional product presentations, training sessions, and health talks to educate clients and consumers on product benefits and efficacy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic market penetration and active prospecting.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategies.
- Plan and execute trade promotional activities, roadshows, and in-store merchandising to maximize brand visibility and consumer sell-out.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, OTC, or FMCG industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently to manage and grow a designated territory.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel extensively within the Johor region.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other local dialects is a strong advantage.
