Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the derma sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for dermatologists, pharmacists, and beauty therapists.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and maximize product visibility.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably within the derma, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and own transport (essential for field sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
