Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in the Sarawak region.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide clinical product demonstrations and present the latest pharmaceutical research to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market share.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and optimal service levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, ideally within the Malaysian market.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for regional travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into compelling sales narratives.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices within the medical field.
