Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in your assigned territory
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or any related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional conduct in all interactions
