Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule home healthcare visits for patients across Pampanga
- Manage electronic scheduling systems to optimize provider-patient assignments
- Communicate appointment details to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Handle scheduling changes, rescheduling, and urgent care requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and resource allocation
- Resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration
- Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA compliance)
