Join Singapore General Hospital's compassionate healthcare team as a Medical Social Worker on a 2-year contract. - Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient/family needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (Master's preferred)
- Registration with Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Minimum 2 years' clinical social work experience in healthcare
- Certification in crisis intervention or grief counseling
- Strong assessment and case management skills
- Excellent communication and cultural competency
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare and social services systems
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
