You will act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of medical system integration, from initial planning and resource allocation to final execution and post-implementation support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Own the overall project management and implementation process for FUJIFILM MEDICAL.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver medical system projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using project management tools.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners for seamless system integration.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within the medical devices or healthcare IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
