Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized banking solutions
- Actively promote and cross-sell banking products (savings, deposits, giro, investments, insurance)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Pontianak region
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned banking products
- Provide comprehensive financial consultations to clients
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in banking sales or customer relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial markets and banking regulations
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Indonesian banking certification (preferable)
