- Supervise daily shift operations for SPX Express, ensuring all KPIs are met
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance coaching and feedback

- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service quality
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Generate operational reports and analyze performance data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years in operations management or logistics leadership
- Proven experience in warehouse/transport operations
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in logistics management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's logistics landscape preferred
