Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment including HVAC, electrical systems, and warehouse machinery
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
- Manage facility maintenance documentation, including work orders, service logs, and performance reports
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems
- Train junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or industrial maintenance environments
- Strong technical knowledge of facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment
- Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Valid work permit for Singapore required
