Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect agricultural equipment, particularly John Deere machinery, to identify mechanical issues and potential hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Keep detailed maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment status and repairs performed.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to implement preventive maintenance schedules and improve equipment performance.
- Source and order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably with agricultural machinery or John Deere equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
- Valid mechanic certification or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in outdoor conditions.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
