We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mekanik to join our team in Merauke, Papua Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our John Deere agricultural machinery fleet operates at peak performance.
As a specialist in heavy agricultural equipment, you will be responsible for end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and field repairs. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and possesses a deep technical understanding of hydraulic systems, engine diagnostics, and precision farming technology. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on John Deere agricultural equipment.
- Conduct accurate diagnostic assessments using advanced technical tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Execute field repairs and emergency maintenance to minimize equipment downtime during critical operational cycles.
- Maintain comprehensive service logs and documentation for all equipment interventions to ensure fleet reliability.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to provide technical guidance and support on equipment handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during every maintenance activity.
- Manage spare parts inventory and equipment components effectively to facilitate timely repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in maintaining heavy agricultural equipment or heavy-duty machinery.
- Solid understanding of John Deere machinery, hydraulics, diesel engines, and electronic control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to work in field environments, specifically in remote areas like Merauke.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/BII) is preferred.
- High level of integrity, disciplined, and ability to work independently or within a team.
