Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers) and diesel trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures using diagnostic tools
- Conduct systematic inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, and other critical components per manufacturer specifications
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
- Coordinate with parts department for timely procurement of required components
- Ensure compliance with OHS and environmental regulations during all operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA technical education with mechanical specialization
- 3+ years experience in heavy equipment or diesel truck maintenance
- Valid mechanic certification (e.g., ADEMCO, ASE) preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, hydraulic testers)
- Familiarity with Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Isuzu engine systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift heavy components
