PT Wahana Inti Selaras is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our professional maintenance team in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. As a key technical member, you will specialize in the inspection, preventative maintenance, and complex repair of high-performance John Deere agricultural machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on John Deere agricultural equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using diagnostic software and tools.
- Execute major repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission servicing, and structural component replacements.
- Prepare detailed service reports and document all maintenance activities in the fleet management system.
- Coordinate with site managers to minimize equipment downtime and optimize field performance.
- Maintain high standards of occupational health and safety (OHS) in the workshop and on-site.
- Ensure all tools and workshop equipment are kept in good working condition and organized.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and field operators.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Mechanic, specifically with heavy or agricultural machinery.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and technical service manuals.
- Strong working knowledge of John Deere systems or similar premium agricultural brands is highly preferred.
- Able to operate diagnostic software tools and interpret technical data.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Kalimantan region as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/B).
