Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on John Deere agricultural equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic software and tools to identify and troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, electrical, and transmission issues.
- Execute field repairs efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and maintain productivity targets.
- Ensure all maintenance logs, repair reports, and service documentation are accurately updated.
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and environmental regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to source necessary spare parts and consumables.
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training support when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Mechanic, preferably with agricultural or heavy-duty construction machinery.
- Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic control units.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins, specifically for John Deere or similar brands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Willingness to be stationed in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel to remote sites if necessary.
