Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on John Deere agricultural machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions using diagnostic software and specialized tools.
- Execute engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and component replacements according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the company’s service management system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OHS/K3 standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance for field operations to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely availability of spare parts for scheduled repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance (experience with John Deere or similar brands is a significant advantage).
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy-duty electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service diagrams.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varied outdoor environments as required.
- Proficiency in using standard mechanic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to be stationed in Banjarmasin and undergo regular technical training.
