SilTerra is seeking a dynamic and strategic Member of Technical Staff - Business Development to join our growing team at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park. As a leading semiconductor foundry, SilTerra is at the forefront of innovation, and we are looking for a proactive professional to drive our business growth initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and market strategy, helping us expand our ecosystem and deliver world-class semiconductor solutions to clients globally.

The primary focus of this position is to drive strategic business growth through a blend of market development, technology alignment, and ecosystem engagement. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring our technical capabilities are effectively communicated to the market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive strategic business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities within the semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Engage with potential partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to build a robust network of ecosystem relationships.
  • Align technical solutions with client business objectives to ensure maximum value delivery and satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape shifts, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent SilTerra at industry events, conferences, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to articulate complex product capabilities to non-technical audiences.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process, supply chain dynamics, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of building relationships, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute long-term business plans and drive results.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Malay is a plus.
