You will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring our technical capabilities are effectively communicated to the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive strategic business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Engage with potential partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to build a robust network of ecosystem relationships.
- Align technical solutions with client business objectives to ensure maximum value delivery and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape shifts, and emerging technologies.
- Represent SilTerra at industry events, conferences, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to articulate complex product capabilities to non-technical audiences.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process, supply chain dynamics, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of building relationships, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute long-term business plans and drive results.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Malay is a plus.
