As a senior photolithography expert, you'll lead the development and optimization of advanced lithography processes across multiple technology nodes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead photolithography process development and optimization for NAND flash memory across multiple technology nodes
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate advanced lithography techniques, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with process, integration, and equipment engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Develop robust process control methodologies to improve yield and performance metrics
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and results in comprehensive reports
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging lithography technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process development with photolithography focus
- Deep expertise in photolithography processes including exposure, resist chemistry, and etch techniques
- Experience working with DUV/EUV lithography tools and advanced metrology equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
- Experience in NAND flash memory technology highly desirable
