Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize thin film deposition processes (CVD, ALD, PVD) for NAND flash memory devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and engineering teams to define process windows and integration strategies.
- Analyze process performance data to troubleshoot yield issues and improve device reliability.
- Design and execute statistical process control (SPC) experiments to monitor and improve process stability.
- Implement advanced process control (APC) methodologies to minimize variability.
- Prepare detailed process documentation and technical reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols during all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor process development, preferably in thin film technology.
- Strong understanding of thin film deposition techniques and process integration challenges.
- Familiarity with NAND flash memory architecture and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., Applied Materials, Lam Research) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
