Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and characterization of advanced wet chemical processes for NAND fabrication.
- Drive process innovation from concept phase through to successful integration and pilot-line manufacturing.
- Analyze complex data sets to troubleshoot process excursions, improve yield, and reduce cycle time.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and qualify new process tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all processes comply with stringent safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Participate in global cross-site technical forums to share best practices and synchronize process strategies.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor wet process development or integration.
- Deep understanding of wet chemical cleaning, etching, and surface preparation technologies.
- Proven expertise in NAND or DRAM process integration and device physics.
- Strong background in statistical process control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communication skills in a global matrix organization.
