Tanggung Jawab
- Manage reception duties at Seletar Bowl, providing exceptional member and guest services
- Handle facility bookings and reservations using club management systems
- Process billing transactions and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for sports facilities and equipment
- Manage event sign-ups and registrations for social activities
- Assist in resolving member inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain organized documentation for all transactions and communications
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or club administration
- Proficiency in booking systems and billing software (e.g., Club Systems)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of sports facility operations is advantageous
