Tanggung Jawab
- Execute marketing initiatives to promote savings and loan products within the assigned area
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential members
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product information
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the association
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
