In this role, you will be the face of our KTV operations, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they book until the end of their session.
As our Member Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing our high-traffic online booking system, ensuring real-time accuracy and providing top-tier communication to our members. You will handle inquiries, manage reservation modifications, and provide exceptional front-line support. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the online KTV booking system, ensuring 100% accuracy in scheduling and real-time updates.
- Handle incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms with a high level of professionalism.
- Process booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure reservation data is communicated correctly for seamless guest check-ins.
- Resolve guest feedback and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain internal records and provide daily reports on reservation volume and system status.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to membership accounts and promotional outreach.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front-desk administration role.
- Strong proficiency in digital booking systems and standard office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak a second language is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required by operations.
- A positive, professional, and friendly demeanor when interacting with diverse groups of members.
