Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with prospective and current guests to drive membership sign-ups and program participation.
- Provide personalized service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct professional presentations of membership benefits and exclusive resort promotions to high-value clientele.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Newport World Resorts facilities, services, and current loyalty program offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and premium experience for all guests across the property.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership acquisition and retention targets.
- Document member interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure personalized follow-up and service continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or high-end retail sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse, high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced performance environment.
- Polished professional appearance and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
