Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact and engage potential members through various channels
- Assist new members with registration and onboarding procedures
- Provide guidance on fitness programs and club facilities
- Actively support members during workout sessions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate member records and CRM data
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with proven sales achievements
- Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Computer literacy with CRM software experience
