In this role, you will be the face of our fitness centers, acting as a brand ambassador who helps prospective members achieve their health goals through our premium membership programs.

This is an islandwide role based in the Central Region, offering a competitive base salary with lucrative commission incentives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with prospective members via walk-ins, phone inquiries, and outreach to generate new business.
- Conduct professional club tours, effectively highlighting facility amenities and personalized fitness solutions.
- Identify prospective members' fitness goals and provide expert advice on tailored membership packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and service excellence.
- Participate in community events and outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
- Accurately manage membership contracts, documentation, and administrative records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or the fitness industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- A genuine passion for fitness and an active lifestyle.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Result-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
