Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and orient new members to the facility, introducing equipment, amenities, and available services
- Conduct detailed fitness assessments and recommend appropriate membership packages based on individual goals
- Build strong relationships with members to understand their fitness aspirations and provide ongoing support
- Promote membership packages, personal training sessions, and additional wellness services
- Track member progress and provide motivational guidance to help them achieve their fitness objectives
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, preferences, and feedback
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and management to ensure comprehensive member support
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others achieve fitness goals
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, wellness practices, and gym equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality with exceptional customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in fitness, sales, or related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in using gym management software and basic office applications
