- Greet and welcome prospective members, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Conduct guided tours of the facility, highlighting equipment and amenities.
- Explain membership plans and pricing options clearly to potential clients.
- Assist in the sales process, including handling inquiries and processing applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with new members to encourage retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet monthly targets.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in fitness or sales is a plus.
