Join Singapore's leading fintech community as a Membership Executive and become the driving force behind our ecosystem's growth. As the face of the Singapore Fintech Association, you'll develop and execute strategic membership initiatives that expand our network, enhance member value, and position the SFA as the premier hub for fintech innovation in Asia.
Membership growth requires a blend of strategic outreach and personalized engagement. You'll identify high-potential prospects, articulate compelling value propositions, and convert interest into active membership. Beyond acquisition, you'll nurture existing relationships through targeted communication, exclusive event coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure member satisfaction and retention. This position demands a passion for fintech and exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive at the intersection of technology and business development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive membership acquisition strategies targeting fintech startups, enterprises, and industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and value realization
- Organize and coordinate exclusive member events, networking sessions, and industry engagement activities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities for membership growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member benefits and develop tailored engagement programs
- Manage the membership lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding and renewal processes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports on membership metrics and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or membership management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems and data-driven membership strategies
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating events and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated passion for Singapore's fintech ecosystem and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages considered advantageous
