Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the company brand and promote membership packages to prospective customers.
- Initiate and engage in conversations to generate leads and set up sales visits.
- Close sales transactions and ensure the achievement of daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area to attract customers.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly during all shifts.
- Record accurate customer information and feedback for follow-up.
- Arrive on time and adhere to the scheduled shift schedule.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or College level preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive sales technique with a track record of meeting targets.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or in high-traffic areas.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs.
