Your responsibilities will include representing our brand with professionalism, scheduling personalized consultations, and closing sales to meet ambitious targets. You'll maintain a pristine work environment, ensure punctuality, and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₱17,000–₱19,000 plus opportunities for career advancement in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively represent the brand and promote membership programs to potential customers
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through strategic outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations/facility tours with qualified prospects
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly membership targets
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and workspace cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs and ethical sales practices
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Punctual with professional demeanor and appearance
- Proficient in CRM software and digital lead management tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
