- Represent the company brand professionally during all client interactions
- Identify and generate qualified membership leads through strategic outreach
- Schedule and conduct personalized client visits to showcase membership benefits
- Effectively close sales and consistently meet monthly targets
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned workspaces
- Strictly adhere to company SOPs and punctuality requirements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective members
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, membership promotion, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Punctuality and reliability with professional appearance
- Proficiency in following standard operating procedures
- Willingness to work in Balintawak, Metro Manila area
