Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate membership onboarding processes, including welcome packages, orientation sessions, and profile management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest and member enquiries, feedback, and special requests, ensuring prompt and personalized resolution.
- Plan and execute exclusive member events, networking sessions, and hospitality initiatives to enhance community engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for membership upgrades and services.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system to drive service improvements.
- Support the front desk and guest relations teams during peak periods to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative membership programs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in membership relations, guest services, or customer-facing roles within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling member concerns.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess a polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering world-class service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in Singapore's Central Region hospitality scene is an advantage.
