Tanggung Jawab

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate membership onboarding processes, including welcome packages, orientation sessions, and profile management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest and member enquiries, feedback, and special requests, ensuring prompt and personalized resolution.
  • Plan and execute exclusive member events, networking sessions, and hospitality initiatives to enhance community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for membership upgrades and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system to drive service improvements.
  • Support the front desk and guest relations teams during peak periods to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative membership programs to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in membership relations, guest services, or customer-facing roles within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling member concerns.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
